Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of systems/software engineering experience, or a Graduate Degree with 2+ years, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including customers and executives.
• Experience managing the complete software build cycle from inception to deployment.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering life cycle processes.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required (or to be obtained within 12 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and documentation of Requirements for Operator Workstations.
• Collaborate with system engineers and architects to define system capabilities.
• Test and troubleshoot Operator Interfaces across multiple platforms.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to mission systems.
• Communicate requirements and use cases to software developers for implementation.
• Prepare and submit Bids and proposals for project opportunities.
• Document project status and issues using Jira and Confluence.
