Job Description:

Join our team as a Reliability, Maintainability & Safety (RAMS) Engineer! This role offers an exceptional opportunity, where you will play a critical part in the design, analysis and optimization of cutting-edge electronic communications equipment. Expand your skills and expertise while working alongside industry leaders in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Essential Functions:
• Applicant will be responsible for performing RAMS hardware/software analyses, creating technical documentation and presenting results of these analyses. This includes Reliability Predictions, Maintainability Predictions, Reliability Modeling, Failure Modes Effects & Criticality Analyses (FMECA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), various Safety Analyses and other RAMS related activities.
• Applicant must be familiar with applicable military, government and commercial standards such as MIL-HDBK-217F, Telcordia SR-332, 217Plus™, MIL-HDBK-470, MIL-STD-882, NFPA70 and NAS 411.
• Must be capable and willing to expand their knowledge and skills as required.
• The employee will work in a multidisciplinary engineering development environment, managing time and resources to support multiple concurrent programs.
• Employee will be required to prepare and present technical data for internal and customer reviews, therefore excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in engineering and minimum 4 years of prior relevant RAMS experience, or graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience

Preferred Additional Skills:
• Electrical Engineering degrees.
• Previous RAMS, Human Factors Engineering, FRACAS, Logistics Analysis including GEIA-STD-0007 and DoD experience.
• Experience with Teamcenter, SAP, MS Office, Sharepoint, Relyence, Catia Cameo, Ansys Sherlock.
• Strong math skills, particularly probability and statistics.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and maintain eligibility requirements to access U.S. classified information
