Write clean maintainable and efficient code with a strong emphasis on performance and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development and UX technologies.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Apply Test Driven Development TDD and Shift Left testing principles across development stages.
Responsibilities Specific to Experience LevelsMid-Level 3-4 Years- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.
- Implement UI components and features according to design specifications.
- Integrate frontend components with backend services using RESTful APIs.
- Assist in ensuring cross browser compatibility and optimizing applications.
Senior Level 5 Years- Lead frontend development efforts using React to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
- Lead frontend architectural decisions and enforce best practices across projects.
- Implement responsive UI designs with expertise in modern CSS optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior and midlevel developers and conduct advanced code reviews to maintain and elevate code quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualification Category Mid-Level 3-4 Years Senior Level 5 Years- Experience 3-4 years of hands on experience in frontend UI development with a strong focus on React 5 years of overall experience in front end UI development with expert level proficiency in React frameworks and ecosystem.
- Core UI Framework Strong proficiency in React frameworks and ecosystem e.g. hooks context API router Expert level proficiency in React including advanced patterns performance optimization and best practices.
- State Management Experience with state management libraries e.g. Redux Zust and Recoil Deep expertise in various state management patterns and libraries with the ability to choose and implement optimal solutions for complex applications.
- Styling In depth understanding of CSS including SASSSCSS CSS in JS e.g. Styled Components and responsive design patterns.
- Expert knowledge of advanced CSS techniques performance-oriented styling and experience in building and maintaining design systems.
- Build ToolsDev Experience.
- Experience in Nodejs and npm for build and dependency management Familiarity with modern bundlers Webpack Vite Extensive experience managing frontend workflows using Nodejs npmYarn and advanced build configurations ability to optimize build processes.
