We are searching for the best talent for a Specialist Sales Ops ET & Sales Support located in Raynham MA or West Chester, PA. It is a hybrid role in which they will be required to be in office 3 days and remote 2 days a week.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 6 to 12 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes, and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
Purpose: Entry to developing individual contributor who works under close supervision. Supports critical billing, contract, pricing, and revenue-related processes that enable sales execution within the Spine business. Contributes to operational excellence by ensuring accurate and compliant transaction processing, resolving billing and contract issues, supporting sales systems, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate revenue recognition and customer satisfaction.
The Sales Support Team serves as a critical partner to the Spine Sales Organization by supporting contract administration, pricing, billing, and revenue-related processes. The team collaborates across multiple functions to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of sales transactions while continuously improving operational effectiveness and the customer experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage contract workflows, including agreements, renewals, and amendments, ensuring compliance with internal policies, contract requirements, and business procedures.
- Act as the primary liaison between Deal Desk, Contract Management, Offer Development partners, and the Field Sales Organization (FSO) to facilitate agreement execution.
- Manage contract, pricing, billing, and revenue-related requests supporting Spine sales execution and customer needs.
- Investigate and resolve pricing, billing, invoicing, and revenue discrepancies across multiple business systems.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Contract Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and operational excellence.
- Maintain data quality and support reporting activities that drive business decision-making and process visibility.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Support sales support platforms through system administration, user access management, and operational support activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers.
- Experience working with data, performing basic analysis, and using Excel to support business decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complete projects within established timelines.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Working knowledge of the medical device industry, including customer contracting, pricing, and revenue-related processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Contract Management, Offer Development, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Experience supporting billing, invoicing, contract administration, or sales support processes.
- Prior experience in the Spine medical device business.
- Experience in analytics, operations, customer support, or commercial support roles.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
