Job Description

Perform comprehensive functional testing of Workday modules to ensure system accuracy and reliability Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts based on Workday business processes Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios Identify document and track defects and work closely with development teams for timely resolution Utilize Workday Automation Testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Workday Functional and Automation Testing Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and automation opportunities

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Workday functional test automation strategies Coordinate with business analysts and developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage Mentor and guide junior testers in Workday Functional and Automation Testing techniques Manage test environments and ensure readiness for testing activities Monitor and report on testing progress risks and issues to project management Drive defect management processes and facilitate root cause analysis Participate in requirement reviews design discussions and sprint planning to align testing efforts Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and testing best practices
