Lead and implement project governance frameworks to ensure compliance quality and risk mitigation Utilize Agile ValueDriven Delivery methodologies to drive project planning and execution aligned with organizational goals Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope timelines and deliverables using Scrum management practices Facilitate stakeholder communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle to maintain alignment and transparency Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and delivery outcomes Provide expert guidance on governance and Agile best practices to project teams and stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including schedules milestones resource allocation and risk management Establish and enforce project governance standards methodologies and reporting mechanisms Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to schedules quality standards and governance frameworks Identify assess and proactively mitigate project risks and issues maintaining RAID logs and escalation processes Prepare and present project status reports and governance documentation to senior management Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and effective communication Mentor and support junior project management staff to enhance team capabilities and promote quality management
