Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in PMO Project Coordination, Testing Coordination, or Project Management roles.
• Experience with large-scale transformation, cloud migration, or finance technology programs.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a banking or financial services setting.
• Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in issue and risk management.
• Familiarity with the testing lifecycle, including SIT and regression testing.
• Relevant certifications such as PMO, PMP, Agile, or Prince2 are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Monitor testing progress, track milestones, and escalate issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates.
• Support governance forums by reporting and implementing project controls.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including action trackers and meeting minutes.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing objectives by managing cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively to achieve organizational goals.
