Job Title: Specialist - Program & Project Management

Job Summary:

The Specialist will manage projects by effectively handling resources stakeholders' finances and risks to ensure successful delivery within the Project Management domain.

Job Description:
• Lead and coordinate project activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project resources effectively to optimize utilization and performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations.
• Oversee project financials including budgeting forecasting and cost control.
• Identify assess and manage project risks and crises to minimize impact.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress and report status.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement resource management plans to allocate personnel and assets efficiently.
• Engage with stakeholders regularly to gather requirements provide updates and manage expectations.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures ensuring financial compliance and reporting.
