Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Professional Education Events Specialist to help drive the successful planning and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) education programs across the United States. This role serves as a key partner in delivering exceptional educational experiences that support marketing, medical and overall company wide business objectives.

The Specialist will manage multiple educational initiatives simultaneously, collaborating with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Sales, and external vendors to deliver high-qualityvirtual, hybrid, and in-person HCPeducationalevents. This position offers the opportunity to contribute both operationally and strategically while developingexpertisein healthcare professional education and event management.

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate eventlogisticsincluding but not limited to registrations, attendee communications, audio visual production, food and beverage planning, and meeting materialscreation.

  • Lead onsite event execution activities, proactively resolving issues and ensuring a seamless attendee experience.

  • Manage vendor deliverables and timelines while ensuring event requirements, expectations, and deadlines are clearly communicated and achieved.

  • Track project milestones and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Maintain event planning documents, templates, andevent specific budgets.

  • Support the implementation of established event processes andidentifyopportunities for increased efficiency.

  • Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Procurement,Salesand vendor teams.

  • Analyze event performance data and develop post-event insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement.

  • Helpidentifytrends and opportunities for continuous improvement based on event outcomes and participant feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in event management, professional education, healthcare marketing, meetings management, conference planning, or related disciplines.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional attendee experiences.

  • Ability toanticipatechallenges and proactively develop solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or professional education environments.

  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms and registration systems.

  • Exposure to working with external vendors or event agencies.

  • Basic understanding of HCP engagement and compliance requirements.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to25-30%for event support and onsite execution.

  • Willingness to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.

Additional Information:

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $75,800.00 - $113,750.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
