We9re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Product Owner - Performance & Compliance, Fund & Investor Solutions II to join our Asset Owner team. This role is located in Boston, MA or Lake Mary, FL

In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Contribute product insights and direction to a cross-functional pod comprised of partners across business, technology, and operations to execute on the product vision.
  • Define target-state capabilities, workflows, and business processes to improve scalability, transparency, and efficiency.
  • Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support solution design and agile delivery.
  • Drive execution across the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to identify business needs, operational challenges, process gaps, dependencies, and risks, and incorporate those into delivery priorities and planning.
  • Use data, metrics, and user feedback to evaluate outcomes and continuously improve product performance and user experience.
  • Promote effective collaboration, transparency, and accountability across delivery teams and stakeholder groups.


To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor9s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 1-3 yrs experience in performance measurement, attribution, related processes and use cases in investment operations.
  • Experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, platform delivery, or business transformation within financial services.
  • Ability to define business requirements, manage competing priorities, and translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across business, technology, and operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments and leading or coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • AI experience a plus.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee9s eligible dependents.
