Job Description
L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Product Manager responsible for defining product vision and strategy, aligning priorities with business objectives, managing the product backlog, and tracking success metrics through data-driven decision-making. This role serves as a cross-functional leader, collaborating closely with engineering, quality, internal customer support, and executive teams to build consensus, set priorities, and manage expectations.

The Product Manager acts as a strong internal customer advocate, representing the voice of the customer, maintaining program relationships, and addressing escalated issues. A typical day includes participating in collaborative meetings such as daily standups and sprint planning sessions; developing strategic plans and product roadmaps; conducting internal customer research and gathering feedback; creating documentation; and analyzing data to inform product decisions and executive reviews that drive execution on the manufacturing floor.

Essential Functions
