Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist to join our Product & Innovation team. This role is located in New York, NY.

The Specialist on the P&I Execution/Structural innovation Team will support execution and product development activities for complex, high-priority initiatives spanning capability builds, strategic partnerships, and client activations. This role focuses on translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinating across teams, and helping ensure initiatives progress in a structured and controlled manner.

This individual will work closely with senior team members and stakeholders to support execution, manage dependencies, and contribute to successful delivery outcomes across products, platforms, and functions.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Supporting execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives by helping track progress, manage workplans, and drive follow-through across key milestones.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, surface risks and dependencies, and support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinating across teams including Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and external partners to facilitate alignment and progress.
  • Assisting in identifying, tracking, and escalating risks, issues, and interdependencies to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contributing to preparation of materials, reporting, and updates to provide clear visibility into initiative status, risks, and next steps.
  • Supporting adoption of standardized execution and governance practices across initiatives.
  • Utilize your legal, regulatory and digital market structure knowledge to develop unique and innovative solutions, products, systems, and platforms, assisting in providing end-to-end guidance from the initial conceptualization and design through obtaining internal and regulatory approval for launch.
  • Drive consensus and approvals for these solutions, products, systems, and platforms through internal product, legal, compliance, risk, and technology stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or similarly structured and regulated environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across a variety of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to delivery of complex initiatives.
  • Some familiarity with the laws, rules, regulations, and guidance concerning blockchain, distributed ledger technology, tokenization, and cryptoassets, in the US (federal and NY state) and the EU.
  • Familiarity with digital assets, data platforms, or emerging technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with execution tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar platforms) is a plus.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
