Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of supply chain experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in LNG liquefaction facilities.
• Extensive experience using SAP for procurement processes.
• Self-starter with the ability to work strategically with minimal direction.
• Proven ability to build relationships and engage with various stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and operations processes.
• Collaborative mindset, capable of working well with teammates and across functions.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct RFx and bidding processes for spare parts, focusing on minimizing risk and maximizing value.
• Execute sourcing plans to secure supply and minimize potential disruptions.
• Lead sourcing initiatives using established best practices to ensure efficiency.
• Administer contracts, including creating, modifying purchase orders, and managing transactions in SAP and Coupa.
• Assist stakeholders with the development of scope of work to ensure clarity in procurement needs.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders throughout the procurement process.
• Monitor supplier and contract activity to identify areas for improved cost savings.
