What you'll be doing...As a Specialist III Regulatory/Real Estate, you will be involved in the Real Estate project management focused on obtaining and tracking any and all necessary real estate related tasks for various telecommunication projects associated with macro new builds.
- Analyzing potential site locations and creating business cases for site acquisition.
- Managing vendors and purchasing during the site acquisition process.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Interfacing with stakeholders like landlords, government employees, community officials and legal counsel.
- Analyzing, interpreting, and monitoring relevant government regulations.
- Evaluating network projects proposed by submarket teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Providing mentorship and direction on regulatory requirements.
What we're looking for...You'll need to have:
- Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
- Valid driver's license.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree in Accounting, Real Estate or related discipline.
- Experience in working with attorneys in a contract and legal capacity or paralegal training.
- Experience in with PeopleSoft and Network Real systems.

Where you'll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $74,500.00 - $122,000.00.
