Permanent | Full-Time | On site Starting at $83,240/year | Relocation assistance available We are currently hiring two Corporate Safety Specialists to support our organization. In these roles, you'll help create safe, healthy, and resilient environments for employees, visitors, and the community. While supporting internal departments, you'll play a key role in identifying and managing risk, strengthening a culture of safety, and helping ensure the services our community relies on are delivered safely and effectively. In this role, you'll partner with leaders and frontline employees to identify risks, implement practical safety solutions, and support emergency preparedness and business continuity efforts. Your work will directly contribute to safer workplaces, positive visitor experiences, and the sustainable delivery of recreation services, parks operations, and community programs that residents rely on every day. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how safety is integrated into daily operations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and make a meaningful impact on both employee wellbeing and community outcomes. What you bring - Practical expertise in Health, Safety, and Emergency Management systems. - Strong communication and report-writing skills. - Adaptability and initiative to solve safety challenges and drive improvements. - Experience delivering safety training and competency programs. - Proficiency in managing safety documentation. - Ability to lead audits, inspections, and investigations.
