WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of structured change management strategies across multiple infrastructure and capital projects to support operational readiness and adoption outcomes
- Integrate change management activities into project plans, schedules, governance frameworks, and decision-making processes to ensure alignment with project delivery requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed stakeholder maps, documenting impacts to processes, roles, systems, and workflows, and track engagement activities across diverse stakeholder groups
- Conduct impact, readiness, and risk assessments to identify gaps, dependencies, and operational risks, and implement mitigation strategies to reduce disruption
- Create and manage comprehensive change management plans, tracking deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder commitments across the full project lifecycle
- Provide structured updates on readiness status, risks, and change progress through reports, dashboards, and governance materials to support informed decision-making
- Train and coach project teams on stakeholder mapping, change planning, and readiness assessments to ensure consistent application of change management practices
- Align project-level change activities with enterprise frameworks, documenting interdependencies, cumulative impacts, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is required. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Formal change management certification or equivalent (e.g Prosci) with demonstrated application of structured methodologies to project delivery is required
- 4-6 years' experience in change and stakeholder management on large, complex projects is required, preferably within infrastructure, construction, transportation, or operational environments
- Advanced capability to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholder groups in operational and safety-critical environments through structured facilitation, clear communication of impacts, and trust-based advisory relationships
- Demonstrated expertise in assessing stakeholder impacts, organizational readiness, and change risks, with the ability to develop and implement targeted mitigation actions across complex, multi-stakeholder projects
WHAT ADDITIONAL SKILLS ARE AN ASSET
- PMP Certification is considered an asset
- Bilingual in English and French
