Full Job Description
About The Role:

As Project Manager, you will report to the Content and Scaled Channels Lead and play a foundational role in building the operational infrastructure of the Netflix Ads Marketing content engine. This means establishing the systems, workflows, and cross-functional processes that allow the team to build, manage, and scale content across existing and new channels - from ideation through delivery.

You will work across Ad Sales, Brand Creative Studio, Market Activation, Ads Measurement, and XFN Leadership to manage milestones, align stakeholders, and keep complex multi-workstream programs moving. You will own logistics, resource mapping, timeline and budget management, tooling, agency, partner, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in establishing project management infrastructure - preferably across global campaigns - and a proven track record of building operational clarity in fast-moving, matrixed environments where the systems don't yet exist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System and Workflow Establishment: Develop and implement systems and workflows to support the execution of partnership elements, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. This is crucial to standing up the partnership.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the foundational build phase of the partnership.
  • Milestone Development & Management: Track and manage key milestones in the partnership build process, ensuring timely progress and addressing any potential roadblocks.
  • Process Documentation: Document processes and best practices to support the ongoing development and refinement of partnership execution strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring the performance of partnership initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize execution strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates on partnership execution progress to senior leadership and external partners, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field within the entertainment/media or advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated experience building PM infrastructure from scratch, not just managing within existing systems
  • Experience managing content production workflows, editorial calendars, or campaign-level content operations
  • Budget management experience across agencies and external partners
  • Proficiency with project management platforms - Airtable, Asana, Monday, or equivalent
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to lead alignment across senior stakeholders
  • Experience working within large matrixed media organizations across creative, sales, measurement, and leadership teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, clarify, and communicate complex ideas quickly, succinctly, and accurately.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and a track record of creating order in fast-moving, undefined environments
  • Global campaign experience preferred
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a broader team.
  • Agile, goal-oriented, driven to succeed and always up for a challenge.
  • Can flourish in our unique company culture.
