Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Lead activities related to the implementation of 3D digital interoperability standards across Engineering product definitions, Manufacturing and Inspection. This includes GD&T, neutral CAD formats (STEP AP242, QIF), visualization derivatives (3D PDF, 3D HTML), data engineering (digital thread, FAS).
- Develop a detailed deployment plan with timelines, milestones and clear deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Actively participate in various multi-functional group activities and drive required actions to closure using an influence-oriented approach. • Build a network of key project enablers internally and externally (e.g. digital solution vendors, key PWA/RTX stakeholders, standards committees, PWC suppliers)
- Drive the creation, modification, balloting and issuance of documentation required for regulatory compliance of MB-DMI in Operations and Quality.
- Lead change management activities related to digital interoperability.
Must haves: • Bachelor's degree in engineering, (preferably mechanical, aerospace, industrial or software).
• 3+ years of experience in related field.
• Excellent knowledge of CAD modeling (e.g. CATIA, NX, Creo)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluently bilingual in French and English • Working on-site 5 days per week
Assets: • Master's degree in engineering or MBA
• Knowledge of GD&T standards (ASME Y14.5)
• Track record of leading transformative initiatives
• Prior experience in aerospace, automotive or similar field
• Proven influencer • Basic statistics and programming skills (e.g. Python, C++) • Good knowledge of MB-DMI or related fields
• Knowledge of manufacturing and metrology
