You're an expert who shares our seriousness about security and our commitment to confidentiality. You'll collaborate with our Facilities Management team to create innovative security strategies, investigate breaches and create risk assessment plans for the future. You believe that providing effective security doesn't come at the expense of customer service - you will be our bodyguard (and our long lost pal).
As the Special Initiatives and Operations Manager, your key responsibilities center on serving as the primary operational bridge between leadership support and cross-functional partners to ensure time-critical results. You will manage high-level situational awareness and information flow during crisis activations, leveraging AI-driven tools and automated workflows to synthesize data and keep stakeholders and management leads consistently informed of real-time developments.

Additionally, you will be responsible for utilizing advanced analytics and machine learning frameworks to translate complex operational data into actionable insights, while developing, scaling, and automating process documentation to standardize operations and ensure continuity across security functions. You will execute specialized projects for C-suite leadership-specifically the integration of AI initiatives, predictive modeling, and automation to enhance effectiveness within the Executive Protection (EP) and Executive Support Center (ESC) realms-and provide supplemental support to the ESC as business requirements dictate. As required by key stakeholders, you may also support a variety of AI and operational projects for the Alphabet Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or the broader Lean Six Sigma (LSS) team.
From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google's Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
