Qualifications Include: - Certification as NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities or NJ Teacher of the Handicapped required
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the NJSLS
- Familiarity in working with data to help make informed instructional decisions
- Strong skill set in lesson planning, behavior management, curriculum development, assessment, and integrating various educational resources.
- Growth mindset - the district provides professional development and employs instructional coaches to support teachers in their pedagogy
- Bilingual preferred
- Proven experience working with students in an in-class resource setting
- Ability to differentiate instruction to a student's individual needs
Salary: $66,765 (minimum) to $99,470 (maximum) commensurate with experience
