Position Overview:- Develop and implement individualized instructional plans that support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and developmental needs.
- Provide specialized instruction in resource and/or self-contained classroom settings while fostering supportive and inclusive learning environments.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to support student achievement and IEP goals.
- Monitor student progress, maintain required documentation, and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid South Carolina Special Education certification (Multi-Categorical, ED, MD, EMD, or TMD/Severe)
- Experience in resource or self-contained special education settings (Preferred)
