Position Overview- Provide specialized instruction and individualized support to elementary and high school students with diverse learning needs across Resource, Significant Support Needs (SSN), and transition settings.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), adapting instruction and assessments to meet individual student goals and abilities.
- Collaborate with families, educators, related service providers, and school teams to support academic, behavioral, functional, and transition-related outcomes.
- Maintain accurate student documentation and progress data while fostering an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required
- Active Colorado Teacher License with a Special Education Generalist (Ages 5-21) endorsement
- Experience working in high school Resource classrooms preferred; strong knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, and special education practices highly valued
