The ideal candidate will provide specialized, data-driven instruction to students with significant emotional regulation and behavioral needs, helping them access the general education curriculum in a supportive environment
QUALIFICATIONS1. NJ Teacher of the Handicapped OR Teacher of Students with Disabilities certificate and middle school certification.
2. Strong understanding of evidence-based instructional strategies for students with emotional regulation impairments.
3, Teaching experience with special needs students preferred.
4. Proven experience working with children with behavioral and emotional needs (preferred).
5. Strong behavior management skills and ability to maintain a positive classroom climate.
6. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident/immigrant status.

Starting Salary Range:• Bachelor's Degree: $70,000 - $100,315
• Master's Degree: $77,450 - $109,865
• Master's + 30 Credits: $81,565 - $115,450
• Doctorate: $84,565 - $118,450
