In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by implementing specialized instruction, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with IEP goals and student progress. What You'll Do- Provide specialized, IEP-driven instruction across academic, behavioral, and functional domains
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with student IEP goals and individual needs
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate data, reports, and compliance documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to support access to the general curriculum
- Create and maintain a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes positive behavior
- Support students with daily living skills, including toileting, feeding, mobility, and health-related needs as required
- Ensure compliance with state and district guidelines for IEP development, timelines, and implementation
What We're Looking For- Hold appropriate certification in all content areas
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education from an accredited institution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred, not required
