In this role, you'll provide individualized instruction, develop IEPs, and create inclusive learning environments that help students succeed. What You'll Do- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
- Provide specialized instruction across academic subjects
- Manage classroom behavior and create a structured, supportive environment
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Write progress reports and maintain compliant documentation
- Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies for diverse learning needs
- Incorporate technology and resources to enhance learning
What We're Looking For- Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license with Special Education endorsement
- Fingerprinting through OSPI
- Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred, not required
Benefits apply to 0.8 FTE and above after a short waiting period.
