Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with the Shipping department on documentation and shipment arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate SAP records and documentation to support inventory accuracy and spares planning.

Full Job Description
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
  • Plan and manage the end-to-end fulfillment of spare parts orders from the KLA Service organization to the division, ensuring service demand is supported through timely order execution, inventory movement, and shipment readiness.
  • Act as the principal liaison and planner between the Division and Service Team by coordinating order priorities, overseeing delivery requirements, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and providing escalation support.
  • Collaborate with Production to plan, release, schedule, and monitor spare and subassembly work orders to ensure material availability in support of committed shipment dates and priority orders.
  • Partner with Procurement to review material shortages, support recovery planning, participate in shortage reviews, and escalate critical part constraints that may impact spare order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the Stock Room to confirm material availability, pick and stage for fulfilling the service orders on open order report, inventory transfers.
  • Work closely with the Shipping department to ensure delivery documents are properly prepared and shipments are arranged to achieve timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate SAP transactions, planning records, and work order documentation to support traceability, inventory accuracy, and consistent spares planning processes.
  • Monitor and close open actions, including the Open Order Management Reporting process, repair orders, delivery document requests, purge requests, and aging work orders, to prevent delays and reduce WIP exposure.
  • Review manufacturing capacity, material constraints, and order priorities to support resource allocation and achievement of spare order fulfillment commitments.
  • Participate in operational meetings, service reviews, and parts forums to stay aligned on priorities, risks, shortages, and shipment requirements.
  • Prepare weekly executive slide decks to track, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators, order status, risks, and recovery actions.
  • Coordinate end-of-life notifications with cross-functional stakeholders to support service planning, material disposition, and communication of potential supply impacts.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, or
  • Associate degree with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; experience with SAP strongly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong adherence to process-driven workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field with 2+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's Degree in related field

Base Pay Range: $65,500.00 - $111,400.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-NJ-Totowa-KLA
