Facility Planning, Design & Construction (FPDC) is seeking a Space Manager to lead healthcare space management, data governance, and supporting systems across the Medical Center, Health System, and affiliated sites. This role oversees space databases, drawings, and reporting that support operational planning, financial allocations, regulatory compliance, and life safety needs in a complex healthcare environment.

The Space Manager serves as a key liaison with clinical, administrative, facilities, engineering, and accounting partners, ensuring accurate space data and effective planning to support patient care, academic missions, and future growth. This position includes supervisory responsibility.

This role supports facilities across multiple Duke Health campuses and regions in a fast paced, highly regulated healthcare environment.

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $62,694.00 to USD $107,633.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
