About the RoleFour Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville is seeking a Spa & Wellness Director to lead the strategic and operational success of our luxury spa and wellness facilities. This key leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, inspiring a high-performing team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the spa remains a premier wellness destination within the Nashville market.
What You Will Do- Oversee all daily spa and wellness operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational excellence.
- Lead, develop, coach, and inspire a diverse team of spa professionals, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized wellness experiences that exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain spa facilities, treatment rooms, and amenities to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, retail performance, and membership programs.
- Manage annual operating and capital budgets, forecasts, inventory controls, and financial performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Public Relations teams to promote spa services, wellness offerings, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative treatments, wellness concepts, and guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the spa and wellness program during VIP visits, media engagements, and special events.
What You Bring- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of spa operations, wellness programming, retail management, and luxury guest service standards.
- Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and driving business performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and creating exceptional experiences for guests and employees.
