Titre du poste: Spécialiste en automatisation manufacturière

Ce poste est à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi, avec des horaires flexibles à Longueuil, et s'effectue exclusivement sur site.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Concevoir, intégrer et maintenir des systèmes dédiés à l'automatisation des processus manufacturiers;
  • Programmer et optimiser les automates (PLC) ainsi que des interfaces homme-machine (HMI) pour les opérateurs et gestionnaires;
  • Piloter des projets d'automatisation de bout en bout incluant la gestion des intégrateurs;
  • Traiter des données de production à l'aide de bases de données et d'outils de gestion des données;
  • Intégrer et configurer des signaux machines en utilisant divers protocoles de communication (Profinet, OPC, Modbus);
  • Déployer des technologies de l'industrie 4.0;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes des opérations et des technologies d'informations pour identifier les besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées;
  • Rédiger la documentation technique et former le personnel sur les nouveaux systèmes et outils.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Diplôme en ingénierie (électrique, production automatisé) ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Expérience significative en programmation d'automate (PLC) pour le secteur manufacturier avec 5 ans d'expérience;

Job Title: Manufacturing Automation Specialist

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in Longueuil, and is exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Design, integrate, and maintain systems dedicated to the automation of manufacturing processes;
  • Program and optimize PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) as well as human-machine interfaces (HMI) for operators and managers;
  • Manage end-to-end automation projects, including overseeing system integrators;
  • Process production data using databases and data management tools;
  • Integrate and configure machine signals using various communication protocols (Profinet, OPC, Modbus);
  • Deploy Industry 4.0 technologies;

  • Familiarity with SCADA interfacing and enterprise systems (PLM, MES, APS, etc.);
  • In-depth knowledge of communication protocols and automation systems;
  • Skills in database management and data analysis;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
  • Project management skills with rigor and autonomy to handle complex projects;
  • Knowledge of networking and industrial infrastructure (OT).


Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
