Job Title: South Ingot Production Area Coordinator
Location: Alcoa, TN (37701)
Work Schedule: 100% Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time

Our client is seeking a highly motivated South Ingot Production Area Coordinator to join their Rolled Products division in Alcoa, Tennessee. This leadership role is responsible for driving safe work practices, operational efficiency, production execution, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Ingot Production area.

The ideal candidate will have strong heavy manufacturing experience, preferably within metals or molten metal operations, along with proven leadership experience in high-performance production environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and promote safe work practices and environmental compliance throughout operations
  • Implement efficiency improvements and sustainable operational systems
  • Coordinate production activities to meet monthly production goals, casting recovery targets, and scrap utilization objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) policies and procedures
  • Utilize personnel and equipment effectively to maximize production quality and minimize operational costs
  • Maintain strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operational procedures, and quality standards
  • Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Oversee housekeeping and operational safety activities across the department
  • Support inventory forecasting, procurement processes, and operational planning
  • Manage employee development, training, counseling, and documentation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve people, process, and product performance
  • Support occasional weekend and off-shift operational responsibilities

Must-Have Qualifications
