Summary: The Transition Analyst will provide analytical support and operational oversight to Transition Leads across multiple client accounts. This role focuses on data analytics, vendor compliance monitoring, advanced reporting, and coordination of supplier registration activities. The successful candidate will serve as a key analytical resource, ensuring data-driven decision making and operational excellence throughout transition implementations while supporting alignment with strategic transition priorities.
Key Tasks Include:Data Analytics & Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support Transition Leads in monitoring project progress, identifying trends, and making informed decisions throughout transition implementations. Analyze transition performance data and provide statistical insights on key metrics, progress indicators, and operational efficiency measures across multiple client accounts.
Advanced Reporting & Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain advanced reporting capabilities by pulling multiple daily reports from various systems to populate comprehensive transition dashboards. Create performance metrics, analytical summaries, and executive-level reports that provide Transition Leads with actionable insights for strategic decision making.
Vendor Compliance Monitoring & Management: Monitor vendor compliance activities and coordinate supplier registration processes across multiple client accounts. Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, track registration progress, and maintain comprehensive vendor documentation to support seamless transition implementations and regulatory adherence.
Vendor Tracking Document (VTD) Management: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the Vendor Tracking Document as the central repository for transition data and progress tracking. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and real-time updates while implementing data governance standards that support operational visibility and reporting requirements. Complete bulk upload templates using various data sets compiled during transition processes while maintaining high standards for data integrity and system integration.
Escalation Support & Issue Management: Manage escalations and coordinate resolution of complex analytical or compliance issues that arise during transition processes. Support Transition Leads by providing data-driven insights for problem resolution and implementing corrective actions that maintain project momentum and delivery timelines.
Communication & Stakeholder Support: Support email correspondence management between JLL and vendor partners, providing analytical context and recommendations for Transition Lead decision making
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Transition Leads, sourcing teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure analytical support aligns with transition objectives. Serve as a liaison between data management activities and strategic transition priorities while maintaining focus on delivery excellence.
Qualifications: - Excellent oral and written communication and inter-personal skills with proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly expert-level Excel functions including complex formulas, macros, and data modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet
- Comprehensive working knowledge of JLL Sourcing & Procurement technologies: Aravo, Jaggaer, Corrigo, E1, Avetta, and ISN
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with variable timelines while directing and coordinating team activities
- Advanced organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Leadership capabilities to guide and direct coordinators without direct reporting relationships
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university, and experience in procurement, analytics, or project coordination roles preferred

Estimated compensation for this position:72,025.00 - 88,150.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
