SENIOR SOURCING SPECIALIST
THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
Join the Supply Chain organization of a large, established energy and utilities company supporting major capital projects and operational initiatives
Partner directly with project managers, engineering teams, plant stakeholders, suppliers, and Supply Chain leadership
Support strategic sourcing initiatives for large, engineered equipment and high-value contracts
Work within a highly visible sourcing function responsible for complex equipment bid events, purchase orders, Master Service Agreements, and Alliance Agreements
LOCATION
Charlotte, NC - Hybrid
Onsite approximately 3 days per week following the onboarding period
Some travel to operational/plant locations required; occasional overnight travel may be necessary
Travel expenses reimbursed

Manage suppliers after award, including claims, disputes, invoice discrepancies, price changes, and contract modifications
Identify opportunities for cost savings, cost avoidance, and improved commercial terms
Monitor supply markets, commodity conditions, and supplier capabilities to support sourcing decisions
