Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive procurement experience
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Recent experience using SAP
• Proficient in data mining tools like Power BI
• Self-motivated with a drive for KPI improvement

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic sourcing roadmap with defined commodity strategies
• Manage supplier onboarding, performance, and exit processes
• Conduct supplier audits as needed
• Ensure suppliers meet/exceed quality targets in collaboration with the Quality Team
• Enhance supplier on-time delivery through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Implement cost reduction strategies based on Total Cost of Ownership
• Coordinate with purchase planning to align with corporate working capital targets
• Collaborate with Engineering on design specifications for approved parts
• Negotiate Master Supply Agreements (MSAs) with key suppliers
• Create and manage RFQs for new and existing products
• Work as part of a cross-functional team including Supply Chain, Quality, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales
• Comply with all company safety and ethics standards
