Responsibilities

  • Join the Intralox Baltimore Supply Chain Team in a technical and supply chain hybrid role.
  • Utilize category expertise and technical aptitude to collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product management teams.
  • Deliver efficient supply chain solutions leveraging industry knowledge and commercial skills.
  • Ensure that new product development supplier specifications align with Intralox Category Management Principles.
  • Lead the supplier qualification and onboarding process from RFQ through production release.
  • Diagnose and resolve supplier delivery and technical issues using root-cause analysis.
  • Develop and implement supplier improvement plans focusing on cost, lead time, and capacity.
  • Manage vendor relationships through performance reviews and capability development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks involving purchasing, engineering, and operations.
  • Build strategic long-term partnerships with suppliers to foster mutual growth.

In this role the qualified individual will be a part of the Intralox Baltimore Supply Chain Team in a hybrid role of technical and supply chain expert. The SCM utilizes category expertise and technical aptitude to interface engineering, R&D, project and product management teams to assist and guide in the development of optimized solutions. SCMs also rely on industry knowledge and commercial skills to deliver efficient supply chain solutions. Technical aptitude, effective communication, teamwork, and a desire to learn are critical to this role.

Salary Range: $57,400 to $163,800
