SummaryBosch Home Comfort is looking for a Category Manager for our Source 1 business. The position will be responsible for supporting the Source 1 business in increasing revenue while improving margins. You will help define the strategy for which part categories are offered by Source 1, the specific mix of parts for each of those categories and selecting the suppliers / negotiating pricing for those offerings. Collaborating with multiple teams across the organization to accomplish these strategic objectives, key KPIs include revenue growth, cost reduction, and working capital optimization.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for optimizing the Source 1 parts supply chain
- Strategic analysis around which part categories to offer from Source 1 and which PN within those categories (York OEM, competitor offerings, and generics).
- Strategic supplier selection- including use of distributors vs going direct to the manufacturer and use of York OEM factories
- Develop-Monitor KPI's to support business objectives, specifically focused on improving revenue, reducing costs, and reducing trade working capital.
- Influence team members from other functional groups, working in a matrixed environment ensuring the program outcomes align with the objectives of the business.
- Effectively track project deliverables to ensure they are delivered and up to standard. Identify and track issues to closure.

QualificationsRequired, Capabilities, Experience and Degree Requirements- Minimum of 8 years of working knowledge and experience in supply chain.
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- HVAC / Distribution experience preferred.
- Able to travel globally (approximately 25% Travel).
- Strong communication skills - written and oral.
- Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint.
