Data centers are rapidly adopting high‑density liquid cooling to support Artificial Intelligence (AI) and High‑Performance Computing (HPC). This role sits within nVent’s Data Solutions business, building on our strong Hoffman brand, while focusing on next‑generation data center technologies. In this customer‑facing role within Product Management, you will partner with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and sales teams to design, validate, and support the deployment of liquid cooling infrastructure - serving as a trusted technical advisor from early discovery through commissioning and post‑deployment feedback.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys applying deep thermal and fluid expertise to real‑world deployments, translating customer needs into repeatable designs, scalable tools, and product improvements.
** Ideal candidates will work a hybrid work schedule (4 days/week on-site) in Raleigh, NC or St. Louis Park, MN. **

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
