- Maintain base infrastructure components, work with third parties to report problems, receive fixes, and liaise with hardware and software vendors on equipment specifications, firmware updates, and support escalations.
- Monitor system lifecycles to ensure specifications and functionality continue to support objectives and architecture decisions, redeveloping components where required.
- Conduct research, build solutions, maintain documentation, and help evolve the base infrastructure and operational environment through the deployment of new technologies.
- Use metrics to monitor environment performance and identify opportunities to improve performance and resource utilization.
- Execute stability analysis and test plans, monitor and report results, identify and address application, data, cross-capability, and cross-release issues, and assist with issue resolution as required.
- Facilitate UAT sessions for stakeholder application updates and assist in the triage of defects encountered during testing.
- Act as a point of contact between business users and technical or application teams.
- Design, review, and integrate hardware and application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirements.
- Maintain secure computing facilities, technical infrastructure, and architecture.
- Follow necessary processes, standards, business technology architecture, risk guidelines, production capacity guidelines, and disaster and business recovery plan standards, policies, and procedures.
- Continue building knowledge of TD services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques, and industry trends.
- Embrace teamwork and collaboration to help resolve critical service issues.
