About The Role

Candrone is on the lookout for a Solutions & Enablement Manager to build, lead, and scale our Solutions team while driving the successful execution of UAV solutions across service work, customer deployments, and internal capability development.

This role is both strategic and hands-on-responsible for team performance, service-based revenue, and the development of repeatable workflows that position Candrone as a trusted solutions provider in the UAV industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and manage the Solutions team, including Vertical Specialists, UAV Operations Leads, Solutions Specialists, and Coordinator
  • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability across the team
  • Develop structured onboarding, training, and continuous development programs
  • Conduct regular performance reviews focused on execution and growth
  • Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team environment
  • Ensure consistent field exposure through demos, deployments, and service work

Solutions Strategy & Delivery:
  • Define and evolve UAV solution offerings across key verticals
  • Develop complete solutions including workflows, data outputs, compliance, and funding considerations
  • Build repeatable, scalable solution frameworks grounded in real-world execution
  • Oversee all service work and deployments to ensure consistency and quality
  • Support complex engagements and resolve operational challenges as needed

Service Work, Bids & Revenue Ownership
  • Lead RFPs, RFQs, and service proposal development
  • Own or contribute to service-based revenue targets
  • Ensure profitable delivery of service work while building reusable workflows
  • Partner with leadership on pricing, margins, and positioning
  • Track how service work drives future opportunities and customer growth

Customer & Pre-Sales Engagement
  • Support complex customer opportunities requiring operational validation
  • Participate in scoping discussions and define execution strategies
  • Ensure alignment between proposed solutions and deliverable outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
  • Align messaging, positioning, and delivery capabilities
  • Provide feedback to improve solution development based on field insights

Knowledge Development & Scalability
  • Translate deployments into repeatable frameworks and best practices
  • Ensure structured documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Build systems that improve efficiency, execution quality, and win rates

Field Engagement
  • Participate in field operations for complex or high-value projects
  • Maintain strong awareness of real-world execution and challenges
  • Support mission planning and on-site problem solving when required

  • 7+ years in solutions delivery, operations, technical sales support, or field-based technology roles
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and performance
  • Experience delivering complex, service-based solutions (UAV, robotics, industrial tech, or similar preferred)
  • Strong background in deployments, pilots, service work, or customer implementations
  • Experience with bids, proposals, pricing, or revenue ownership
  • UAV or aviation certifications (e.g., RPAS/Part 107) are a strong asset


Compensation package:
  • Competitive salary: $120,000 - $145,000
  • Equity / Stock Options: Participation in the company's stock option plan, providing long-term ownership and alignment with company growth.
