Job DescriptionDescription SAIC is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Solutions Director to lead a complex, multi-disciplinary design-to-build program in a dynamic and dispersed work environment. This role requires an individual with exceptional management skills, a strong technical background and the ability to articulate and communicate complex information across all levels of program personnel, including senior sponsor executives.
Work will be performed remotely with up to 10% travel. Program is based out of Colorado. Job Duties:- Serve as Lead Cloud Engineer in support of United States Marine Corp (USMC) Cloud Concierge Team (CCT).
- Provide technical expertise in support of USMC cloud customer engagements.
- Lead and develop engineering documents in support of USMC processes.
- Serve a Contractor Team Lead on USMC's Amazon Web Services Information Impact Level-6 (IL-6). project, managing requirements, development, and stand-up of this new environment.
- Provide inputs on strategy, architecture, innovation, and new opportunities for potential new USMC and Navy work.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in a Information Technology field with a minimum eighteen (18) years of experience; four (4) additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DOD contracting and delivery.
- Experience managing technical scope and agile delivery of commercial products.
- Experience with complex technical programs to include design, production, fielding and training.
- Experience managing and balancing skill mix while ensuring coverage and corporate financial goals are met or exceeded.
Security Clearance:- Must have an active secret security clearance on the first day of work.
Target salary range: $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
