Job Description​

Leads SLHS solutions delivery architecture planning and design inclusive of data center and cloud solutions, application delivery, and data architecture strategies. Serves as technical project lead on enterprise projects.  3rd level support for systems and database troubleshooting. Leads and executes multiple projects with high complexity or a program of moderate scope. Understands process workflows and industry issues. Interprets business strategies and customer needs and makes appropriate systems technology recommendations.  Leads development of systems standards, procedures, documentation and customer tools. Manages in accordance with IT department’s Project Management and technology delivery methodology.  Facilitates adoption of new technologies, workflow and processes.  Provides guidance and mentoring for junior staff.  Demonstrates working knowledge and utilization of process improvement techniques and change management.  Effective in a team, establishing positive relationships with vendors, peers and customers.  Maintains certifications as appropriate with evolving technology needs.  Bachelor's degree or comparable 12 years experience.
