About the Role

As a Solutions Architect I, you will support partners and customers by analyzing business needs and designing tailored technology solutions that drive measurable value.

This is an early-career, growth-focused role where you'll build technical expertise, deepen vendor knowledge, and gain exposure to pre-sales strategy, solution design, and partner enablement. You'll collaborate with experienced architects, sales teams, and vendor partners while developing the skills to become a trusted technical advisor.

What You'll Do
  • Support Solution Design: Assist in developing scalable, cost-effective technology solutions based on customer requirements, business objectives, and existing IT environments
  • Analyze Customer Needs: Review RFI/RFP documents and ask insightful questions to clarify requirements and identify optimal solutions
  • Deliver Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical research, solution sizing, and supporting documentation for proposals and customer engagements
  • Enable Partners & Customers: Deliver technical demos, presentations, and training sessions across multiple technologies and solutions
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales teams, peers, and vendors to develop compelling solution strategies and demo environments
  • Participate in Industry Engagements: Support executive briefings, trade shows, webinars, and technical events to showcase solutions and build brand presence
  • Build Technical Expertise: Pursue vendor certifications and continuously develop knowledge across key technologies and solution areas

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT, technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or solution support

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Hiring Salary Range: $80,000 - $82,800 CAD

  • Occasional travel or participation in events, training sessions, or partner engagements
  • Flexibility to support business needs, including limited non-standard hours
