AI Solution Architect Type: FTE - Direct Hire Location: 100% Remote Salary Range: $220-250k We're seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to join a small, client-embedded team focused on delivering AI-driven operational improvements for healthcare organizations. You'll work closely with client leaders, operations staff, and IT teams, as well as internal engineers and product experts, to design, implement, and optimize tailored AI solutions that produce measurable results.
Responsibilities- Identify high-impact opportunities and create custom AI workflows using LLM-based models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Build and integrate conversational systems with enterprise platforms, APIs, and CRMs.
- Apply conversation modeling methods such as state machines, decision trees, and flow graphs.
- Continuously improve performance through testing, monitoring, and data-driven tuning.
- Document workflows and mentor teammates in technical best practices.
Qualifications- 5+ years in solution architecture, product management, or related field.
- Strong programming skills (Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript).
- Experience with LLM tools, prompt engineering, and AI architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for client engagements.
- Preferred: Voice-enabled AI experience, vector databases, RAG, knowledge graphs, healthcare operations background.
