ServiceNow), dashboarding (Tableau, PowerBI etc.), JIRA, User stories, SDLC and Project Management etc.3Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.3Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.3Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency and analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, interpretation, and generating insights from large, diverse data sets to support strategic decision-making3Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences3Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting using approved tools3Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, test creation, troubleshooting, or documentation) with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.3Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; ability to guide peers on safe and effective usage within team practices.
