  • Establish and evolve portfolio strategy across Black & Veatch in coordination with Execution Leads and other business leaders.
  • Collaborate on client segmentation, market prioritization, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Align Infrastructure Advisory, Enterprise Solutions, and adjacent solution teams with the portfolio strategy to support integrated client offerings.
  • Support the development and maintenance of sales collateral, proposal content, and capabilities presentations.
  • Establish and analyze KPIs to measure business performance, strategic progress, and portfolio health.
  • Evaluate and develop partnerships, delivery models, and adjacent solutions that increase competitiveness and expand the portfolio.

Job Summary

Leads profitable growth of the Integrated Facilities solutions portfolio by establishing portfolio strategy, shaping differentiated offerings, and aligning internal capabilities to meet client needs in data centers, advanced manufacturing, and other complex facility environments. Partners across sales, execution, operations, Infrastructure Advisory, and Enterprise Solutions to define target markets, strengthen market positioning, and implement growth initiatives that expand revenue, margin, and client relevance. Drives solution development, thought leadership, partnership strategy, sales enablement, KPI tracking, and continuous refinement of portfolio priorities based on market feedback and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Profitably grow Integrated Facilities solution volume and market relevance.
• Establish and evolve portfolio strategy across Black & Veatch in coordination with Execution Leads and other business leaders.
• Collaborate on client segmentation, market prioritization, and go-to-market strategies.
• Align Infrastructure Advisory, Enterprise Solutions, and adjacent solution teams with portfolio strategy to support integrated client offerings.
• Educate internal stakeholders on solution strategy, target markets, and value proposition.
• Coordinate technical conference participation, external engagement, and thought leadership to strengthen market presence.
• Support development and maintenance of sales collateral, proposal content, capabilities presentations, project sheets, and other solution materials.
• Support technical sales efforts, including early client positioning, solution shaping, proposal strategy, execution planning, qualifications, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with operations to identify and advance the SMEs, processes, tools, standards, and execution improvements needed to support growth.
• Establish and analyze KPIs to measure business performance, strategic progress, and portfolio health.
• Recommend investment priorities, growth initiatives, and strategic actions to improve market capture and profitability.
• Evaluate and develop partnerships, delivery models, and adjacent solutions that increase competitiveness and expand the portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, OEMs, and strategic partners to support long-term growth objectives.
• Oversee governance consistent with CWAM and applicable company processes.

• Ability to translate client needs and market trends into differentiated solutions and growth priorities.
• Understanding of low and medium voltage electrical systems, instrumentation and control systems, and integrated facility solutions.
• Experience working across multiple solution teams to create combined offerings for clients.
• Experience developing business cases for adjacent solutions, investments, or new delivery models.
• Experience establishing or improving execution platforms, including processes, tools, templates, standards, or playbooks.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with OEMs, strategic partners, and key external stakeholders.
• Strong strategic judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to adapt quickly based on market learning and business results.
• Ability to identify the capabilities and skills needed to support long-term scale and delivery success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
