Description

Verily exists to bring the promise of precision health to everyone everyday, and our breadth of solutions of care, research, health financing, and population health monitoring serve customers across various market segments. Verily Pre is an AI-native data platform purpose-built to harmonize, analyze, and activate multimodal healthcare data for research and clinical care. As a Solution Lead for Verily's Pre Platform, you will have a critical role as a leader working cross-functionally to represent the voice of the customer with product, engineering, marketing and delivery. You will have primary responsibility for the sales, solutioning, and service process with new and existing and life sciences customers. This will include understanding customer needs, acting as a trusted advisor to match the solution, driving pricing and contracting and ensuring that the implementation team is set up for success. This role will require you to be flexible and nimble and aggressively grow the business to help establish Verily as the premier solution partner in the space.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the product-specific client-facing expert for Verily's Precision Health Platform, Pre, including delivering product demos, showcasing the solution at industry events, and supporting customers through pilots.
  • Spearhead strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth, from initial lead generation to successful deal closure. This includes crafting compelling value propositions, uncovering and addressing customer needs, negotiating favorable terms, and securing contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams by sharing valuable customer and partner feedback on pricing, market challenges, innovation, and the competitive landscape. This collaborative approach ensures we build successful products that deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and cross-functionally across Verily to achieve individual and shared goals, contributing to both team success and company-wide milestones/OKRs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, focusing on research data platforms, SaaS, genomics, and scientific services.
  • Deep understanding of life sciences, including experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical devices, or disease organizations.
  • 5+ years proven ability selling complex clinical research data platforms and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Highly consultative, hands-on, and collaborative approach, with excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

  • Proven ability to work with complex, technical software and service offerings, and processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to take initiative, work efficiently and respond quickly to changes and a dynamic environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000 - $199,500 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
