Responsible for the enterprise solution overview, ensuring solution incorporates clients’ and Acxiom overall business strategy and technical vision. Uncovers prospect/client’s business issues, creating high level business requirements. Determines if Acxiom has the capability/capacity to solve prospect/client’s business problems. Liaisons with sales, account management, technical/delivery executives and industry solution architects to ensure seamless customer service in the sales and delivery process.
The Enterprise Solution Consultant (Sales Engineer) is the industry, solution and technical expert that partners with sales on new logo and cross-sell opportunities that result in increased pipeline and revenue.
- Identify and develop revenue opportunities by understanding and analyzing client/prospect challenges, objectives, and requirements, and translating them into effective solutions.
- Determine the best solution and articulate Acxiom's unique value proposition and right to win.
- Set the solution vision, strategy, and positioning that will permeate client discussions, proposals, and presentations.
- Deliver compelling presentations to client executives that showcase the capabilities and benefits of Acxiom solutions, effectively addressing client pain points and illustrating value propositions.
- Advise clients on best practices, integration strategies, and configurations to optimize the utilization of the solution.
- Focus on selling complex solutions in terms of business outcomes.
- Explain complex concepts in simple terms by translating technical concepts into everyday language and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the product organization, share client feedback, market insights, and trends to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Partner with product to develop demos and talk tracks that demonstrate the uniqueness of the Acxiom value proposition.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to our capabilities and our clients’ needs.
- Identify, lead, and collaborate on new innovative solutions and capabilities to drive and support growth strategy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in Martech or Adtech industry as a Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role.
