Roles & Responsibilities
The Lead Digital Experience Architect will lead architecture strategy, roadmap development, and solution design
oversight across the PRS digital portfolio. This role is accountable for shaping a cohesive digital experience architecture
that aligns with enterprise strategy, approved technology patterns, and modernization objectives.
This leader will partner closely with business product owners, engineering teams, and architecture peers to drive
scalable, reusable, and business-aligned digital solutions. The role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on
architecture engagement, including governance, design oversight, modernization planning, technology risk management,
and support for Agile and DevOps delivery models
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture strategy and solution design direction for the PRS digital experience portfolio.
• Own digital architecture roadmaps and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, business priorities, and
long - term modernization goals.
• Provide architectural oversight across digital initiatives to improve consistency, reuse, and operational
efficiency.
• Partner with business, product, and engineering leaders to define target - state solutions and guide delivery from
concept through implementation.
• Establish and enforce architecture governance, design patterns, and technology standards across the portfolio.
• Lead high - priority architecture initiatives in areas such as modernization, SaaS adoption, and emerging digital
capabilities.
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of agentic AI capabilities across PRS digital platforms,
including foundational patterns, integration approaches, governance considerations, and adoption of reusable
AI - enabled services.
• Mentor other architecture resources and help strengthen architecture discipline across the organization.
Experience and Capabilities
• Proven experience leading solution architecture for complex digital platforms in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong background in modernization strategy, application architecture, integration patterns, APIs, microservices,
cloud, and reusable platform design.
• Hands - on architect who can work effectively with engineering teams on detailed solution design and
implementation guidance.
• Experience applying AI - enabled technologies and emerging automation capabilities within enterprise platforms,
with the ability to evaluate use cases and support implementation aligned to enterprise architecture standards.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate architecture strategy and design decisions clearly to
senior leadership.
• ;Experience in insurance - related platforms and enterprise architecture governance is strongly preferred.
