Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud products and Professional Services consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing scalable digital experience solutions that align with client business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver end-to-end Adobe-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with clients to understand business requirements, digital transformation goals, and technical challenges.
• Design and architect enterprise-grade solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to delivery and support.
• Create solution blueprints, integration architectures, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Define best practices, governance frameworks, security standards, and scalability guidelines.
• Support proposal creation, effort estimation, and technical solution presentations during pre-sales engagements.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation within Adobe ecosystems.
• Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance on complex implementations.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications, or digital experience platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale Adobe implementation programs.
• Strong presentation, communication, and consulting skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
