You Are:We are seeking an experienced HR/Operations Solution Architect to serve as the single point of contact for client-facing HR transformation engagements. In this role, you will translate complex buyer requirements into structured, configurable solution offerings-bridging sales, delivery, and technology to bring market-leading HR services to life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Solution Architecture & Deal Shaping - Translate buyer requirements into structured solution offerings, proposals, cost estimates, and work plans using standard process methods and delivery frameworks.
- Sales Collaboration - Serve as the solution subject matter expert within the sales team; present offerings to client buyers and align on final terms and conditions.
- Delivery Architecture - Partner with Service Architects and Product Directors to design end-to-end delivery architecture and capabilities that underpin service offerings.
- Capability Deployment - Sponsor and lead initiatives to roll out new architecture capabilities across delivery teams, ensuring scale and consistency.
- Transition & Governance - Interface with delivery organizations to ensure effective solution transition, define service assumptions, determine optimal delivery locations, and validate cost-to-deliver.
- Standards & Benchmarking - Ensure delivery architecture conforms to internal policies and is externally benchmarked; maintain awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, emerging tools, and techniques.
- Market Intelligence - Provide market-leading perspectives on emerging HR delivery trends to develop and promote business growth.
Role requires ability to travel 50% to clients
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services (workforce admin, data management, employee support), and/or Talent Development.
- Minimum of 3 years experience designing or improving HR processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Solution creation and deployment of robotic process automation in an HR context.
- Full-cycle delivery: design, implementation, and go-live of HR transformation process and technology transformation.
- Hands-on experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or comparable enterprise HR platforms.
- End-to-end solution design, cost estimation, work planning, and resource sourcing in a sales or pre-sales context.
- Workforce/HR analytics, reporting frameworks, and data-driven decision support.

- Problem Solving: Creative and analytical thinker with a track record of structured problem-solving in complex environments.

- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
