Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade technology solutions. This role is responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture, collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders, and providing technical leadership to Agile development teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise architecture, application security, cloud technologies, modern software development frameworks, and digital solution design.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications and digital platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to Agile development teams.
• Create architecture artifacts, technical designs, and implementation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering leaders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into secure, reliable, and high-performing technology solutions.
• Evaluate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns to recommend optimal solutions.
• Drive architecture governance, issue resolution, technical roadmaps, and solution planning.
• Partner with peer architects to improve business processes, enhance customer experiences, and optimize enterprise capabilities.
• Design secure application architectures across APIs, user interfaces, infrastructure, data platforms, and cloud environments.
• Support application modernization initiatives using contemporary development frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and technology strategy initiatives.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote architecture best practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, application architecture, or security architecture.
• Strong experience designing enterprise solutions across multiple technology platforms, frameworks, and programming languages.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership and architecture guidance to Agile teams.
• Experience developing architecture documentation, technical designs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise APIs, user interface architecture, infrastructure, data architecture, and application security.
• Hands-on software development experience using Java, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing modern web applications using Angular and/or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing and deploying cloud-native solutions using AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, software design patterns, and modern application development practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Cloud certification in AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation or application modernization initiatives.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise applications.
